Ms. Christian has extensive experience in the Ambulatory Surgery Center multi-specialty industry serving as Center Administrator, Director of Nursing, Vice President of Clinical Operations and Regulatory Compliance, Chief Operating Officer, and consulting services for ambulatory healthcare facilities including: ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers and surgical hospitals. Mrs. Christian's experience and responsibilities include all phases of start-up, development and management of healthcare operations which include perioperative services, physician relations, business office operations, marketing, budgeting, contracting, governance, QAPI, Infection Prevention, , benchmarking, plant operations, state and federal regulatory compliance, national accreditation, personnel management and vendor relationships. Prior to joining Advantage Surgical Partners, Ms. Bruce served as Director of System Implementations for a large Houston Specialty Hospital. Ms. Bruce brings with her over 25 years of experience in the information services and financial arenas, including healthcare and financial analysis, project management, and software systems implementation and management. Ms. Bruce attended the University of Houston majoring in Business with a minor in Computer Science. The first twenty years of her career were spent in the banking industry, Corporate and Institutional Trust Services in Texas and California.
