Before joining Advantage Surgical Partners, Ms. Christian served six years as Vice President of Clinical Operations and Regulatory Compliance for a leading ambulatory surgery center company. This followed four years as Administrator and Director of Nursing for a multi-specialty ASC. Ms. Christian’s responsibilities in these positions, as well as others she has held in diagnostic imaging centers and surgical hospitals, have included all phases of start-up, development, PeriOperative services, business office procedures, budgeting, contracting, quality assurance, benchmarking, plant operations, regulatory compliance, national accreditation, personnel management and vendor relationships. mchristian@asp-email.com
CAROLYN BRUCE
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Advantage Surgical Partners, Ms. Bruce served as Director of System Implementations for a large Houston Specialty Hospital. Ms. Bruce brings with her over 25 years of experience in the information services and financial arenas, including healthcare and financial analysis, project management, and software systems implementation and management. Ms. Bruce attended the University of Houston majoring in Business with a minor in Computer Science. The first twenty years of her career were spent in the banking industry, Corporate and Institutional Trust Services in Texas and California. Then Ms. Bruce ventured into the Healthcare Industry.

Christian Mills received his baccalaureate degree in Accounting and Asian studies from Western Michigan University. Mr. Mills is an entrepreneur in the development of service organizations within the medical industry. Mr. Mills has also developed hospital consulting and information systems to manage efficiency and work flow. Over the last eleven years he has successfully developed seven service organizations, of which is the second largest, fastest growing service solution organization in the United States. His latest accomplishment is a joint venture with Hokai Epic in China for the development of job opportunities within the medical industry. His first venture will be servicing hospitals throughout China for repair of instruments and endoscopy equipment while negotiating an exclusive distribution for healthcare products in China from the United States.
